Get to Know Me
Welcome to Pretty Paper Invites! My name is Cherylanne. I am a wife, mom of two beautiful boys and a high school math teacher. Yes you read that right, a math teacher. This September marks my 30th year! I was born and raised at the beach in Beach Haven, New Jersey but I currently reside in the quaint historic town of Cranbury, New Jersey. I enjoy a good latte, a competitive game of scrabble, classic Broadway musicals (The Music Man will forever be my favorite), anything navy blue and playing the piano. I love what I do. I love throwing parties and creating invitations for them. I feel blessed that I have the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people and to be a small part of their happy occasions.
My Story
In 2006, I designed my own wedding invitation. While I had looked at many samples, I could not find exactly what I was searching for. I ultimately created an invitation that was wrapped with ribbon, embellished with a starfish and mailed in a box! After receiving the invitation, one of my guests asked me to design her son’s wedding invitation and Pretty Paper Invites was born. Since then, I have customized wedding invitations for over 100 brides. This connection often extends beyond the wedding to include baby shower invitations, and even first birthday invitations.
My Approach
